18 Aug 2018 Hello, I cannot send or receive MMS messages while on WIFI. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8. My text message app is Android Messages. The only way I can download MMS messages is to disconnect from WIFI.

I'm finding that no mms', either voicemail 2 texts, or regular mms' are downloading when I'm connected to wifi. Because of this, I was able to not only make calls, but send text messages (SMS) and multi media messages (MMS) through my Wi-Fi Enabling Data Roaming for Android & iOS Devices.
